I have lived every version of this.
That is why I built it.
I did not set out to build a business. I set out to make my own family's life work across three countries, without dropping any of the things that mattered.
I built my career in technology in the US. Then life moved us to Nigeria, a country I came to love and had to learn entirely from the inside, all while holding down a demanding job. Different systems, different schools, a different way of doing almost everything.
Then we moved again, to the UK, and I started over. The school research. The household staffing. The visa paperwork for the people we trusted with our home. Finding the one area that would actually work for the life I wanted us to have. I did all of it myself, and well enough that friends began to call whenever they were facing the same thing. Then friends of friends. Which school. Which area. Which nanny. How to get the visa. Where to find someone you can genuinely trust. For a long time I had no name for what I was doing. Now I do.
None of this is theory for me. I have made these moves myself, more than once, and I have learned where the hidden friction tends to live. My years in technology taught me to turn complicated, moving situations into calm and reliable order. Years of arranging domestic staff visas, and a network I have built slowly, person by person, across nannies, schools and the professionals families lean on, mean I rarely begin from a blank page.
